Simon Caspar
Simon Caspar is a business economist and partner at pom+Consulting AG. In addition to his studies at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, he earned an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). Simon Caspar specializes in computer science and data management in real estate management. He built his career at pom+Consulting AG, where he has been a partner since 2010. His project portfolio includes the implementation of diverse digital solutions in the areas of portfolio and asset management, property management, and facility management. Furthermore, at pom+, he is responsible for the areas of Digital Transformation, SAP Real Estate, BIM & LCDM, as well as Data & Analytics.
 

Stefan Fahrländer
Stefan Fahrländer is the founder, partner, and chairman of the board of directors at Fahrländer Partner AG. He teaches at several Swiss universities, including CUREM at the University of Zurich and the University of Stuttgart. Additionally, he is a member of the Federal Commission for Noise Control (EKLB), a board member of the Swiss Real Estate Investment Data Association (REIDA), chairman of the board of directors of the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal (SIREA), and managing director of the Association for Real Estate Meta-Rating and Monitoring on Sustainability (REMMS). Stefan Fahrländer earned his Ph.D. at the University of Bern with an econometric analysis of the Swiss residential property market. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in applied statistics from ETH Zurich.

Roland Füss
Roland Füss is a full professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of St.Gallen and a member of the executive board of the Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance (s/bf-HSG) at the School of Finance. Additionally, he serves as a Research Fellow at the Center for Real Estate and Environmental Economics, NTNU Business School, Trondheim, Norway, and a Weimer School Fellow at the Homer Hoyt Institute in North Palm Beach, Florida, USA. Roland Füss is a member of the Editorial Board of several academic journals. His research focuses on real estate finance and economics, empirical asset pricing, risk management, and applied financial market econometrics.

Kathleen Kürschner-Rauck
Kathleen Kürschner Rauck is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Finance at the School of Finance at the University of St.Gallen, as well as a faculty member of the Swiss Finance Institute. She is an applied microeconomist with research interests in population, urban, and environmental economics. Her current research focuses on topics at the intersections of migration, transportation, environmental, and real estate economics. At the University of St.Gallen, she teaches Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Sustainable Real Estate Economics and Finance in Asia, as well as empirical tutorials in Real Estate Modeling with R.

Alex Rinderknecht
Alex Rinderknecht is the Head of the Credit Office at St.Galler Kantonalbank and has been involved in the financing business for Swiss banks for 25 years. As a guest lecturer, he teaches at the Continuing Education Center of OST Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from FHS St. Gallen.

Jörg Schläpfer
Since 2015, Jörg Schläpfer has been providing commentary on the economic environment of the real estate market as the Head of Macroeconomics at Wüest Partner. He also conducts commissioned studies on sustainable real estate. He serves as the Program Director of the Wüest Academy and is a guest lecturer at various universities. He earned his Ph.D. at the KOF Swiss Economic Institute of ETH Zurich and previously completed a Master's in Quantitative Economics at the University of St.Gallen.

Alois Weigand
Alois Weigand is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of St.Gallen and a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. His research focuses on Real Estate Finance, Household Finance, Alternative Investments, and Sustainable Finance. His work has been published in the Journal of Financial Markets and Portfolio Management, as well as several academic journals. Alois Weigand also holds a Master's in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen.

Thomas Wiegelmann
Dr. Thomas Wiegelmann is the Managing Director of Schroder Real Estate Asset Management GmbH and has been active in the real estate industry for 25 years, specializing in consulting, corporate finance, and investment management. He is also an Honorary Professor at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction at University College London. Thomas Wiegelmann earned his Ph.D. from Bond University and completed a Master's program in Real Estate at the European Business School. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and INSEAD Business School. Thomas Wiegelmann is involved in technology start-ups and serves as an advisor to the global early-stage venture capital firm Antler.
