The courses offered at the Bachelor, Master, and doctoral program levels explore all aspects of real estate finance and securitization, as well as real estate economics and econometrics. The research is focused on the drivers of direct and indirect real estate returns and volatility. Knowing and understanding the return factors and the interactions between private and public real estate can provide important information for improving diversification strategies and risk management in real estate portfolios.
