Strategic and quantitative issues in the area of Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Economics are the area of expertise of the competence center. This includes applied research, executive education, expert lectures as well as various services (consulting projects, studies, expert opinions, etc.). The competence center is headed by Prof. Dr. Roland Füss, who is supported in his work by the employees of the Chair of Real Estate Finance at the Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance.
