The certificate program is offered by Dr. Roland Füss, Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of St.Gallen and Director at the Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance.
The course consists of five class days, each with two lectures, and a weekly networking reception where participants can interact with instructors and fellow students. Online participation is also available. Additionally, if personal attendance on specific class days is not possible, flexible online participation is an option.
Participants will gain an understanding of how real estate markets operate and learn methods for property valuation. Additionally, various financing options and investment strategies for the real estate market will be explored. The course will also highlight the significance of sustainability and technological transformation for value enhancement. Additionally, this intensive course serves as a unique opportunity for private real estate investors.
There is no need for specific prerequisites or prior expertise in finance for enrollment in the 'Fit for Real Estate Finance' certificate program.

The certificate course takes place on five Wednesdays in November. Each course day follows the following schedule:
4:00 – 5:30 PM: Lecture 1
5:30 – 6:15 PM: Networking Reception
6:15 – 7:45 PM: Lecture 2
7:45 – 8:00 PM: Q&A Session

Alternatively, participants can register for live online participation to ask questions (and have access to all course materials and video recordings for up to one month after the course ends).

For cancellations up to three weeks before the course start, the full course fee will be refunded. For late cancellations, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. No refunds are possible for cancellations after the course has started.
In the event of insufficient enrollment, the course may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, the full course fee will be refunded to registered participants.
